Dear Chef Chris,
Our recent birthday dinner with cousins was a huge success!
We have used your service twice now and cannot begin to say how much fun it is to see our guest's reaction to a private Chef preparing them a special meal in our home. They get treated like royalty and we get to relax and enjoy with them.
You and your staff arrive punctually to set up and prepare. The food was delicious, presented with style and flare...and my kitchen was left spotless. It doesn't get better than that.
The highlight of this dinner? Cherries Jubilee prepared tableside...What fun! And sooooo delicious!
We also love how you tell us about the food history and preparation as you serve it. So your presentation is not only a culinary tasting experience, but a food history lesson. A very nice touch...
We are now talking about for whom and when we will do this again...and we will do it again.

Wow! I love the site! Who knew you were so creative...I did!! You must come back to Earth Fare and cook for us. And whats this I hear about a strawberry pizza? Chefff Chriss..you do know strawberries are my favorite dont you! Good luck with everything. See you around! |

Dear Chris:
I just wanted to thank you for helping us make our Open House such a wonderful event!
Even folks that were what I'd call hot dogs and hamburger sorts, were pleasantly surprised and well fed.
The food was top notch, creatively presented and fairly priced. You arrived in plenty of time to set up as promised...I didn't have to do anything but sell my Condos! Your professional attention to detail and follow up was also appreciated, as putting on events is not necessarily my expertise. And when you left....it was neat and tidy and you even thought to leave me a plate for me...for which I was most grateful, because by then I was starved!
I would wholeheartedly recommend you and your staff to anyone looking to put on an impressive catered event...you guys exceeded my expectations!
Thanks and I look forward to working with you again!
