Hey Chef Chris!

I just wanted to thank you for the excellent Cooking Demonstration you provided our clients at the "Heart Path" program. Not only was it entertaining with your cooking style you were eager to accept questions from the audience, and teach some wonderful techniques that everyone could apply in their home kitchen.

The generous samples of swordfish you provided to the audience where amazing and truly so seemed easy to make!

Anyone wanting to work with Chef Chris will find him prompt, and professional. Our audience left his program armed with new recipes and inspired to apply what they learned from him.

Most of all, everyone had a good time!

Also, wanted to tell you how much I've enjoyed the Earth Fare dinners. I'm a great cook myself so I've always felt that "chefs" were highly overrated (a generality); however, you have given me a respect for the art of cooking and presentation. You truly do have a "gift". Also, thanks to the dinners I've had the opportunity and the privilege of trying food combinations that, under normal circumstances, cost or fear of not liking the combinations would prevent me from doing.

Kudos to you for sharing your wonderful gifts and I hope you career turns out to be all you hope for! Looking forward to your cookbook. I'll be the first in line!
